Plans to create more jobs and investments in the Yaroslavl region
The Ministry of Economic Development decided to create a new territory for advanced development in the Yaroslavl region. Yaroslavl is a region located in the central federal district. It is close to the capital of Moscow, Russia Territories of advanced development are designed to promote the development of a town, city, or region "by diversifying the economy, and attracting investments into a single-purpose municipal entity and creating new jobs. Plans are to be set up in the urban settlement of Rostov in the Rostov municipal district of the region. The main goal of this project is to attract investments to the region and create new jobs. In the explanatory memorandum, it was noted that the creation of the new jobs and investments will allow coping with negative trends.
