Mail.Ru Group Acquires Am.ru

One of the most successful Russian technology companies, mail.ru group, has acquired the well known automotive advertising website Am.ru for the tidy sum of $10 million. Mail.ru group signed an agreement to purchase the asset from Rambler & Co. which itself acquired the site less than 2 years prior.
